The Ultimate Guide to Marketing for Wholesalers
The Essential Guide to Virtual Trade Shows for Wholesalers
B2B Wave Bulletin is our regular update that highlights recent product improvements and updates we’ve made to the B2B Wave cloud-based B2B eCommerce platform so you can easily stay up-to-date with what’s new.
Admin panel
Access control for Brands
Admin users can now create “private brands,” thus preventing specific brands from being visible to specific customers or privacy groups.
Cover page for PDF catalogs
You can now add an image that will be used as a cover when creating PDF catalogs from B2B Wave.
Restrict Sales Reps’ access to specific price lists
Admin users can restrict or allow their Sales Reps’ access to all price lists through the “Can view all pricelists” option in the Sales Reps menu. When an admin user enables this option, they can select a specific price list, and sales reps will then be able to view only that price list.
Integrations
Xero
1. Configure Xero payment terms in customers so that when invoices are created, correct due date is calculated.
2. When Xero invoices are created, and a payment is made with Stripe or Paypal, the payment is automatically added to the invoice.
3. For users who have enabled Xero, Customer Stripe and Paypal transaction IDs are now automatically exported to Xero upon order submission. This transaction information will also appear on the Xero invoice.
4. Xero invoices are now automatically generated upon order submission.
5. Automatically get updated from Xero if an invoice is paid by bank transfer
ShipStation
Users can now select “ShipStation” as a shipping option and relevant rates during checkout. These options, based on product weights, are automatically fetched from ShipStation.
