Order editing permissions
We’re excited to roll out new order management controls! Select which roles (admins, sales reps, or suppliers) can edit orders based on their status. For example, allow only admins to modify submitted orders to keep things running smoothly. Learn more about order statuses here.

We’re happy to include Fishbowl in our list of integrations. While still in BETA mode, by enabling this integration, you can:
- Integrate and sync your inventory from Fishbowl to B2B Wave.
- Create orders in B2B Wave and send details to Fishbowl.
QuickBooks Online
We’ve updated our QuickBooks Online connection. Now you can:
- Create inventory items from B2B Wave to QuickBooks Online.
- Configure payment links on QuickBooks Online invoices to accept credit card or ACH payments.
Square and Stripe
Enable credit memos for payments made through Square and Stripe.
Xero
Apply tracking categories to invoice line times using our Xero integration.
API
Product price adjustments
We’ve enhanced our API to support listing and creating price adjustment records for more flexibility and control. Read more about product options price adjustments, and how you can use our powerful API to set and update them.

Get more out of B2B Wave’s Customer API with these updates:
- Set shipping_options via the Customers API, and view them in the response for better control over your customers' shipping preferences.
- View each customer's most recent sign-in timestamp with the new current_sign_in_at field included in the response.
Orders
Enjoy the latest enhancements to our Orders API:
- Filter orders by sales reps (sales_rep_id) for better tracking and management.
- Update order_product extra field values directly through the API for more precise order details.
- Delete orders with a new endpoint, giving you more flexibility in order management.
- Access order status history with the new orders/{order_id}/status_history endpoint.

Sales Rep Portal
We’ve got a few exciting updates on the sales reps front. Now, you can choose to use the following features to manage your team better:
- Sales rep creation: Sales rep managers can create new sales reps, giving them more autonomy in managing their team.
- Privacy groups: Sales reps will only see products and categories based on their assigned privacy groups, ensuring better and more focused service.
- Access to order info: Sales reps with access to all customers can now view all orders, even if these orders are not associated with their assigned customers. To configure this for your account, get in touch with our support.
- Commissions for all-access sales reps: Include sales reps with access to all customers in commission calculations for more accurate commission tracking.
