The Essential Guide to Virtual Trade Shows for Wholesalers
We’re constantly working on our product to make your daily workflow more productive and efficient and your experience with your B2B Wave eCommerce platform effortless. Here are our latest product updates.
Balance Payments integration
We have a new payment integration for our U.S. customers! Balance Payments offers an easy way to receive payments with net terms (Net 30/60). No more waiting to collect. Get paid immediately while Balance Payments collects payment from your customers at the agreed date on your behalf.
To find out more, read our step-by-step guide on setting up Balance Payments in your B2B Wave account.
Storefront
Same email with multiple customer accounts
We've now made it possible for customers to use the same email address for two or more customer accounts. If a customer of yours has two businesses buying from your B2B Wave portal, they can use the same email address to log in to both of their customer accounts. If you want to activate this feature, please contact our support team.
Customers and Sales reps
Import customers with multiple addresses
A long-awaited feature is now available! You can now import multiple addresses per customer in a separate import.
Sales reps can see unsubmitted orders
We’ve made it possible for sales reps to see unsubmitted orders from their assigned customers. They can now reach out to each customer and help them complete specific orders.
Orders
New filtering options
When you’re viewing your orders in the Admin Panel, you can now filter Orders by the Sales Rep who submitted the order and by the ordered SKUs.
Add notes for each ordered product
We’ve added the option of easily adding notes for specific order line items for all (customers, sales reps, admin users).
Quotes
Admins can convert quotes to orders
We've updated the quotes feature so that both admins and customers can convert a quote to an order. Until now, admins had to wait for the customers to make that change from their side.
Products
Live product import update
Big update on the product import feature! Until now, when importing products into B2B Wave, the import would happen in the background, leaving you in the dark. We’ve now added a live update feature where you can see your product import process in real-time—with a new option to cancel the import as well.
Integrations
QuickBooks Desktop
We’ve improved the way we match products between B2B Wave and QuickBooks Desktop with an enhanced algorithm. This applies when an order is created, when pricing is updated, and when product inventory changes.
Shopify
When you import your products from Shopify to B2B Wave, product categories are automatically created in B2B Wave. In case you re-import your products, B2B Wave will now detect the existing categories and will not re-create them. Also, if you’ve set products to be taxable or non-taxable on Shopify, that setting will be imported along with the other product details into B2B Wave.
Zoho Inventory
We now support multiple warehouses on Zoho Inventory, so you can define which warehouse should be updated when an order is processed. Also, when a sales order is created on Zoho Inventory, you can now set the default template that should be used for that.
DEAR Inventory
We’ve updated the integration, and from now on, when an order is sent from B2B Wave to DEAR Inventory, the order information can include the sales rep details, and the shipping cost, if that information is available on B2B Wave. Also, you can now set the default warehouse that should be used when an order is sent to DEAR.
API
When creating custom admin fields for storing information about your customers on their profile in B2B Wave, you can now update those custom fields through the API.
