The Ultimate Guide to Marketing for Wholesalers
The Essential Guide to Virtual Trade Shows for Wholesalers
We’re constantly working on our product to make your daily workflow more productive and efficient and your experience with your B2B Wave eCommerce platform effortless. Here are our latest product updates.
Storefront
Improved unsubmitted orders
Your customers can now see the number of unsubmitted orders they have on their account at the top navigation menu.
Integrations
Brightpearl
You can now update your prices and order status from Brightpearl, and those changes will sync automatically on B2B Wave.
DEAR Inventory
When a new order is created in B2B Wave, it’s now possible to define if that sales order will appear on DEAR Inventory as a Draft or an Authorized sales order. Also, we’ve improved the way we communicate order-related shipping costs to DEAR Inventory.
QuickBooks Desktop
We improved how we match products between B2B Wave and QuickBooks Desktop in order when updating product prices and quantity.
Sales rep portal
We’ve improved sales reps’ access and made it possible for a sales rep to have access to all customers. This way, assigning customers to reps individually is not required.
Admin Panel
Products
1. We’ve improved discount calculation on product variants. Specifically, if a product has variants and quantity discounts apply, it’s now possible to calculate the discounts on the total quantity that includes all variants instead of applying it per variant.
2. It’s now possible to search customers using their postal/zip code. The search field supports wildcard match, meaning you can enter the first few characters, and all matching customers will appear. It’s not required to write the complete code.
3. We’ve added the option of setting a default privacy group so that all new customers are automatically added to this group. The privacy group defines which products they can and can’t see.
Imports/exports
If you import past orders to B2B Wave, you can also import the payment option used for these orders and store it in B2B Wave.
