New DEAR Inventory integration
DEAR Inventory is a Cloud ERP software that allows companies to manage their products and inventory. Our new integration with DEAR Inventory supports the following:
- Get real-time stock from DEAR Inventory to B2B Wave
- Create sales orders in DEAR Inventory when an order is placed on B2B Wave
Better Quotes
We’ve improved the way Quotes support product options and variants. It’s now possible to create quotes with options/variants. If options and variants are used, they are visible throughout the entire quote process.

We’ve streamlined the way we import data that has been exported from the Handshake B2B platform.
QuickBooks
1. We improved the way B2B Wave synchronizes product inventory. When an order is placed on B2B Wave, normally, we would update B2B Wave's inventory immediately (reducing quantity). That created an issue if new inventory updates were happening in QuickBooks since the order might not be sent immediately (e.g., the user might need to review it first).
We’ve tackled this problem by placing the quantity in reserved status before a QuickBooks invoice is created. Available stock for customers is calculated based on the remaining quantity and reserved quantity. This way, we can ensure that when an inventory update is happening from QuickBooks to B2B Wave, any orders not invoiced will still be accounted for.
2. When an invoice is marked as paid in QuickBooks, B2B Wave will now see if this invoice matches with an order, and if it does, it will update the checkbox “Is Paid” on the Order automatically. The "paid" status will also be visible to customers.
