Please follow the next steps in order to setup
In your domain registrar settings (eg GoDaddy) do the following
1. Add a CNAME record for
that points to your b2bwave.com URL
Do not use http:// or https:// for this setting.
2. Send us an email as soon as the change is completed because we also need to configure the system on our side. If possible, do send us a screenshot of the changes applied in order to verify that everything is correct.
3. Wait for a while, because of the way that the Domain System works, changes might take some minutes to some hours to apply.
You can also ask your registrar to redirect Non-www requests to www if you want your portal to respond to requests without the www. prefix
